I’ve been making holsters and belts for a few years.  I went to a Western movie and thought the holsters were really neat. I decided it might be fun to make a holster so I went to Tandy Leather where I bought a book on making holsters (Al Stohlman's classic, "How to Make Holsters"), a few tools and a piece of leather.  The movie was "Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid" and the year was 1969.  I've been making holsters for a long time.

More recently, I’ve been making premium dress belts, casual belts and watch straps.  

I don't do any commercial work and have never sold anything.  I make items and take pleasure in giving them to my friends.
