French Polynesia is an Overseas Collectivity of France and its sole overseas country. I don’t know how this differs from a Territory, of which France has quite a few. I do know that the residents of French Polynesia are French citizens.
After a very nice buffet breakfast, I was on a dive charter for a two tank trip. The dives were on reefs and were lovely.
