Today was another really interesting Detour walking tour, “Palais-Royal: Art and Life Under Nazi Occupation.”
Dinner was around the corner at a little crêpe restaurant. FYI, dinner was a galette , not a crêpe. Une galette is made with buckwheat flour instead of wheat flour. Hence, it is gluten-free.
