Maui

Claire and I, with dear friend Mark G., have just returned from eight nights on Maui. Mark and I scuba dived four days. In addition, Claire, Mark and I went on a whale-watching cruise and a snorkel cruise.

As in our previous three trips to Maui, we stayed at the Sheraton Maui Resort & Spa, located just outside of Lahaina. Lahaina was devastated by wildfires in early August 2023 and is slowly (very slowly) rebuilding. I’m sure it will never be the same.
