Today it rained, making it ideal to attend a gin making class at La Distillerie de l'Arbre Sec. Each participant had a small pot still and was able to choose botanicals for their project. One leaves with their own bottle of gin. Très cool!

Dinner was with good friend Cyril D. at La Fontaine de Mars. Cassoulet!
