In my last post from Paris (Mercredi - 5/8/24), I mentioned going out to lunch. There's a bit more to that story. Tour D'Argent is one of the most famous restaurants in Paris, if not the world. It is a Michelin 1-Star restaurant (click here). Without hesitation, it was the most memorable dining (Lunching?) experience of my life. It was extraordinary. Compared to their dinner menu, lunch is a deal.
